My name is Wellington, but most call me Mr Wobbly or Wigglebum, and I am a very handsome boy if I may say so. Once you look into my gorgeous green-gold eyes you might fall helplessly in love. Even the scary vet spent more time oohing and aahing at my silky smooth fur than giving me my vaccinations. And if my looks aren’t enough to convince you of my charms just wait until you see me walk. I’ve perfected the wobble, a cat walk to make you stop and stare as I sashay across the room.
My current cat servants say I have mild ataxia, and that’s okay with me, it doesn’t stop me from playing (my favourite past-time) or following them around the house. In fact, when I play I forget all about this ataxia stuff as I zoom and pounce. Sometimes I wish I was better at jumping on the couch to be closer to my hoomans but then I just wiggle my bum at the closest one and they pick me up and give me nice cuddles (another one of my favourite things).
All I can say, I am cute no matter what I do. My only wish is a forever family whose life I can make better and who in return will love me and all my little quirks.
I’m a very happy boy and my carer tells me I’m very gentle. I would be fine in a quieter family with older, gentle kids but I don’t know if I like dogs. Im happy with other cats too.
