Huey is a confident, playful little guy with a big personality and an even bigger purr. This handsome boy loves being around his people and will happily seek you out for company, whether it’s to supervise your day or curl up nearby for some well-earned pats. Once he’s had a little time to settle in, Huey’s cuddly side really shines.
He’s full of kitten energy and absolutely adores wand toys, chasing balls, and romping around with other cats. In fact, Huey will need another friendly cat in the home to help him burn off energy and continue building his social skills. He’s dog friendly, great with kids, and welcomes visitors with curious confidence.
Adventurous and affectionate, Huey is the perfect mix of fun and snuggly. If you’re looking for a playful companion who will keep you entertained and then purr contentedly in your arms, Huey might just be your perfect match.
How to Meet Huey:
Please read the adoption process and contact us if you would like to organise to meet one or more of our cats/kittens. Our cats and kittens are desexed, microchipped and lifetime registered with Council, vaccinated twice or even three times in certain cases, flea and worm treated.
1. Please contact adoptions@catrescue901.org.au or complete the form below. Include your name, phone number and cat’s name/s, and we will contact you as soon as we can.
2. We will call you to have a chat and then put you in touch with the foster carer so that you can meet them.
3. In line with ethical rescue practice, we will do a home check before the adoption is finalised and all adoptions are on a 2 weeks trial basis.
4. Adoption payments – Please ensure when adopting that you donate the adoption fee here.
5. CatRescue 901 is solely run and supported by volunteers and we rely on donations to rescue kittens and cats and to run our ongoing subsidised desexing program. If you would like to support us please make a tax deductible donation.
