š¾ Meet Blackie & Collie š¾
Blackie and Collie are a very special pair looking for a new home together. Both are incredibly gentle, affectionate cats who love nothing more than a good cuddle and being close to their people.
Collie is the more outgoing of the two. He is happy to come over for pats when someone new visits and loves snuggling up on the bed for part of the night. He is also a little bit greedy and, given the opportunity, will happily help himself to Blackieās dinner!
Blackie takes a little longer to warm up to new people, but once he knows you, he is very affectionate. He can be quite demanding when itās food time and loves watching TV from someoneās lap. He also enjoys a good bedtime snuggle.
These two are being assisted to find a new home as their owners are moving into a retirement home where cats arenāt permitted. They deserve to stay together and find a loving home where they can continue their life as the gentle, cuddly pair they are. ā¤ļøš¾
How to Meet Blackie and Collie:
Our rescue cats are all available for adoption. Please read the adoption process and contact us if you would like to organise to meet one or more of our cats/kittens. Our cats and kittens are desexed, microchipped and lifetime registered with Council, vaccinated, flea and worm treated.
1. Please contactĀ adoptions@catrescue901.org.auĀ or complete the form below. Include your name, phone number and catās name/s, and we will contact you as soon as we can.
2. We will call you to have a chat and then put you in touch with the foster carer so that you can meet them.
3. In line with ethical rescue practice, we will do a home check before the adoption is finalised and all adoptions are on a 2 weeks trial basis.
4. Adoption payments ā Please ensure when adopting that you donate theĀ adoption fee here.
5. CatRescue 901 is solely run and supported by volunteers and weĀ rely on donationsĀ to rescue kittens and cats and to run our ongoingĀ subsidised desexing program. If you would like to support us please make aĀ tax deductible donation.
