Rosa is a friendly, easy-going cat who settles quickly and enjoys being around people. She seeks out human company and is always happy for a pat, often rewarding the attention with loud purrs. Rosa has a relaxed nature and is keen to please, making her an easy cat to have around the home.
While she enjoys spending time with her people, Rosa is also independent and comfortable doing her own thing. She handles visitors well and adjusts easily to different situations.
Rosa has been introduced to a dog and has handled it quite well, although she can be a little unsure at times, so a calm, cat-friendly dog would suit her best. She is also an excellent traveller and rides in the car without fuss, which makes vet trips or travel much easier.
Rosa would suit a home looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who is easy to live with and enjoys being part of everyday life.
How to Meet Rosa:
Please read the adoption process and contact us if you would like to organise to meet one or more of our cats/kittens. Our cats and kittens are desexed, microchipped and lifetime registered with Council, vaccinated twice or even three times in certain cases, flea and worm treated.
1. Please contact adoptions@catrescue901.org.au or complete the form below. Include your name, phone number and cat’s name/s, and we will contact you as soon as we can.
2. We will call you to have a chat and then put you in touch with the foster carer so that you can meet them.
3. In line with ethical rescue practice, we will do a home check before the adoption is finalised and all adoptions are on a 2 weeks trial basis.
4. Adoption payments – Please ensure when adopting that you donate the adoption fee here.
5. CatRescue 901 is solely run and supported by volunteers and we rely on donations to rescue kittens and cats and to run our ongoing subsidised desexing program. If you would like to support us please make a tax deductible donation.
